FAQ's

What is included in my ticket?​

Tickets are booked in groups & your group will be allocated their own table. Your tickets include entry, 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, a 2 or 3 course lunch & all our entertainment. If you would like to order more drinks after the bottomless Prosecco ends, drinks will be charged to your table or can be bought at the bar.

How do I book a table?

Tickets must be booked in table groups, we do not accept single ticket bookings unless it is adding on to an existing table booking. For example, if you book 4 tickets, you will be allocated a table of 4 people.

How big are your tables?

Our tables range from 2 people upwards in most venues. Large groups will be given a collection of tables in one area if they do not fit on one table.

Can I add on to my friends table?

Subject to availability and seating, you may be able to book a ticket to join an existing table booking. To do this, buy your ticket online using the same lead booking name as the table you would like to join. Our system will recognise the name and link up the bookings.

Can I book a table for a specific time?

The event & 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco starts & ends at the same time for all of our guests. Consequently, all our guests are seated for their lunch at the same time. This ensures a vibrant and lively atmosphere, allowing everyone to enjoy the music & entertainment for the rest of the event.

What if I don’t like Prosecco?

Unfortunately Prosecco is the only drink included in our tickets. However, all of our events have fully operational bars for you to purchase other drinks from whenever you want.

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I can no longer attend?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on tickets once they have been purchased. You can however sell/pass your ticket on to a friend providing it is to sit on the same table as originally booked.

Do you have packages for birthdays & other celebrations?

Yes! We offer add-on packages that you can purchase BEFORE the event to help with your celebrations. Please contact us to discuss these.

Do you allow hen parties?

Yes we do allow hen parties into ClubBrunch. We offer special hen party packages to help make it that little bit more special for your bride to be. Please contact us for details.

I can’t see a menu anywhere, what food will be served?

Our menu’s change every event as we like to keep the food seasonal and we do not always operate in the same venue. For this reason, we do not share the menu’s online. However, all our food choices include vegetarian options and anyone that is Gluten Free or Vegan will be accommodated provided we are given this information prior to the event.

Do you cater for Gluten Free & Vegan guests?

Yes, if you are Gluten Free or Vegan, please contact us ahead of the event so that we can make sure we are catering to your dietary requirements.

Do we need to pre-order our food?

Some events will require your main courses to be pre-ordered. If this is the case, we will get in touch with you before the event to make sure we have collected your food selections. If we have not gotten in touch, you will be able to choose your main course on the day.

Do you run private events?

Depending on guest numbers, we can run private brunches and events for companies, weddings, parties, hens & more. Please get in touch with us via contact@clubbrunch.co.uk if you’d like to chat about this further.
